The Society for Creation of Opportunities through proficiency in English (SCOPE)

The Society for Creation of Opportunities through proficiency in English (SCOPE, in short) is the registered society formed by the GOVT OF GUJARAT with a specific purpose to enhance the proficiency in English among the Gujarat youth all over the State by imparting world-class quality training in practical business English. With a view to fulfilling this objective, 'SCOPE' invites 'Expression of Interest' from the interested agencies having the following eligibilities to be our partners.

1. The partner agencies should have international experience, reputation, recognition and credibility, in the field of business English language training or should have affiliation with such international agency.
2. For efficient conduct of programme, the State is divided into five zones, viz: Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot and Mehsana. 'SCOPE' expects the partner agencies to open 5 centers per taluka falling under their respective zones and to train initially three trainers per each center who will train the youth. Overall control, supervision, monitoring of the programme and conducting examination shall be the responsibility of the main partner agencies.
3. There shall be a certificate agency which possesses, international reputation, shall conduct examinations in all zones and issue certificates to the qualified youth after successful completion of the training.
4. The certificate agency shall finalize the curriculum and duration of each level training programme in consultation with 'SCOPE' and also shall provide all these informations to other training partner agencies.
5. The fee for each course will be decided by 'SCOPE'.
6. The partner agency shall have to pay Rs. 10,00,000 (Rupees ten lacs) per zone and Rs, 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) per taluka level center as non-refundable registration fee to the 'SCOPE'.
7. The 'Expression of Interest' along with commercial terms may be submitted in sealed envelope within 14 days of this advertisement along with a D.D. of Rs. 25,000/- in favour of the 'CEO', 'SCOPE' at the following address.
8. The decision of the governing body of 'SCOPE' as regards the selection of the partner agencies shall be final.
9. The sealed envelope shall be super scribed as under

The society for creation of Opportunities through proficiency in English formed by the Govt. of Gujarat with a specific purpose to enhance the proficiency in English among the Gujarat youth all over the state by imparting world-class quality training in practical business English. With a view to fulfilling this objective, 'SCOPE' invited 'Expression of Interest' from the interested agencies having the eligibilities mentioned in the public notice published to be our partners in the Times of India dated 3rd March, 2007.

The time limit is now extended up to Dt. 26th March, 2007 for submission of "Expression of Interest" alongwith commercial terms in sealed envelope alongwith a D D of Rs. 25,000/- in favour of the 'CEO', 'SCOPE' at the following address.
