1. The Maharaja Sayajirao In section 44, in clause (i), for University the of Baroda Act, words "conducted by the 1949 (Baroda Act 17 of 1949). Secondary School Certificate Examination Board", the words "conducted by the Gujarat Secondary Education Board", shall be substituted.

2. The Gujarat University Act, In section 42, in clause (i), for 1949 (Bom. 50 of 1949). The words "conducted by the Secondary School Certificate Examination Board" the words "conducted by the Gujarat Secondary Education Board" Shall be substituted.

3. The Sardar Patel University (1) In section 15, in paragraph Act, 1955 (Bom. 40 of 1955). (B), for clause (xiii), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-"(xiii) The Chairman of the Gujarat Secondary Education Board". (2) In section 33, in clause (i), for the words "conducted by the Secondary School Certificate Examination Board" the words " Conducted By the Gujarat Secondary Education Board" shall be substituted.

4. The South Gujarat (1) In section 16, in paragraph University Act, 1965 (Guj. (B), for clause (vi), the 38 of 1965). Following clause shall be substituted, namely:-"(vi) The Chairman of the Gujarat Secondary Education Board". (2) In section 43, for the words "conducted by the Secondary School Certificate Examination Board" the words "conducted By the Gujarat Secondary Education Board" shall be substituted.

5. The Saurashtra University (1) In section 16, in paragraph 1965 (Guj. 39 of 1965). (B), for clause (vi),the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-"(vi) The Chairman of the Gujarat Secondary Education Board". (2) In section 43, for the words "conducted by the Secondary School Certificate Examination Board" the words "conducted by the Gujarat Secondary Education Board" Shall be substituted.
